By Angel Murray

A lot of people do not believe that men can also be infested by yeast, yeast infection in men is common to people who are immune compromised, yeast infection is a sexually transmitted disease(STD), it occur in men who involve themselves in an unprotected sex and likely to be transmitted heterosexually. Another name for yeast infection is called Candida disease which is caused by fungus.

yeast infections can be caused through sexual transmission, the overuse of antibiotics and lots of more which i shall discuss below.

SEXUAL TRANSMISSION: Yeast infection in men can be transmitted between people who have an unprotected sex contact; this is one reason why it is called a sexually transmitted disease. that is why one needs to be extra careful to follow normal sex routines until you are sure both are free from this infection.

During an infection or while you are receiving treatment, you should keep abstrain from vaginal intercourse, change gloves in between touching your own crotch and your partner's, you should also keep sex toys clean always.

ANTIBIOTICS: The most common type is through sexual intercourse and antibiotics does not cause it more often, but during the long time intake of antibiotic, the antibiotics is stored, and the male body consists of standard creatures that dwells in the crotch.

This is how antibiotics cause yeast infection, the accumulated antibiotics can get rid of the good creature that inhibits in the male body and allow the normally-occurring yeast to take control.

DIABETES: Men with diabetes are prone to yeast infections, maybe because of the increase in sugar level which serves as food for yeast.

Researchers explained that one of the major symptoms of diabetes is if you urinate more often and find yourself thirsty more often. If this symptom occurs and you discovered you have re-occurring yeast infection you should see a medical personnel.

Yeast infection can be present in the body system of men over a long period without symptoms, although i haven't experienced it myself but as told by a man who was infected by this disease, he said the most common symptom of yeast infection in men is irritation and soreness in the penis head which itches itches like crazy causing great pain.

Another common symptom is that a clumsy white substance comes with discharge from men, also, the head of the penis may have a serum or reddish things, like i said earlier, i haven't being infected for once and so i haven't heard that it smells like anything in the world but just in case you can smell yeast, better get yourself for treatment.

There are a lot of prescription treatments for yeast infection in men, but the only tried method is mainly to blast those yeastiest with prescription drugs and this drugs are likely to have side effects, drugs like diflucan also known as fluconazole, nozoral also known as ketaconazole.

Yeast prefers to live in warm, moist, and dark area of the body, the prime location for an overgrowth and reoccurring infection.

In men yeast may grow under the penis, around the scrotum, or maybe under foreskin and at the head of the penis, including an unpleasant odor as well. Infection usually occurs in the penis but it may also affect the leg creases also, it may affect the scrotum.

The penis is usually connects with pleasure, continuous pain can result from infected area.

This infection causes great pain, burning, etc in the infected areas of the body. You can also cure yeast infection by daily intake of yogurt, which helps you in reducing the spread of this disease.

Infections should be treated internally and externally, as lotions and creams may work only for a little period and re-occurrences may take place if care is not taken.

The most common cause of yeast infection in men is intake of food products like, corn, alcohol, peanuts, wheat, barley, these things are contaminated with molds and fungi causing Candida disease. A weak immune is another way to get infected by yeast.

Limit intakes of sugar content foods, while the recommendation of foods like fresh vegetables, fruits, clean water that is free from fluorine, chlorine is highly important and shouldn't be neglected. Precaution is the best way to avoid this infection, remember, health is wealth.

It is better to prevent this candida disease from getting into our body rather than looking for a cure, the yeast infection may spread throught the body and may become candida disease which may later result to death.

Yeast infection is common to men, if you notice any signs and symptoms that are mentioned above, it is better you and your girl get to see your doctor for diagnose and treatment, because if both sex is not treated reoccurences may occur.

Do not forget the ways in which yeast infection in men appears may be through unprotected sex, overuse of antibiotics, too much intakes of calories leading to fat, etc.
